How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via UPS ground, please allow 7-10 business days. For DHL RUSH deleviries, please allow up to 2-4 business days and for AirMail, please allow 7-14 business days.

Do all packages come with a tracking number?
All orders will have a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order for the tracking number to show.

How do I return an item I don't want?
If you would like to return an item, please send send the unopen package to the Customer Service address on the packing slip: Customer Service PO Box 691300 Los Angeles, CA 90069 Upon returning your product to the specified address, please write your Order ID number on the outside of the box so we can trace it back to you. Once we receive the return, we will credit your account and notify you by email.

What if an item reaches me in less satisfactory condition?
If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. You may report a lost, broken or missing item by clicking on the "Contact Us" link on the left side of the website. Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non- broken returns. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements. We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described on our website. If you receive a product that does not meet our guarantee, we will ship a free replacement at no charge to you or credit your account. Certain items may have an additonal warranty from the manufacturer. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description.

When will you notify me when an item is out of stock?
When possible, we post the Estimated Arrival date of any item that is out of stock. If you have ordered an item from our online catalog that is out of stock, we will notify by e-mail when it is expected to be in stock. If may order another item instead or if you like, issue a credit or refund to your account.

Is there a sales tax on items sold?
There will be a sales tax to all orders shipped within New York. This includes the five boroughs of New York City, Weschester, Yonkers, and Dutchess county.
